This form is used when you obtain your NRA Range Officer Certification in a course taken outside of the Glen Cove PBA Pistol and Rifle Association.

To upgrade your ID from Blue/Yellow to Range Officer Red, fill out all fields in the e-form below.

This upgrade fee applies only for those who obtain Range Officer certification from outside instruction. Any course taken with the Glen Cove PBA Pistol and Rifle Association will not incur any upgrade fee.
